You will create engaging, seamless UX&D solutions that empower collectors to discover new artists, stay updated on their favourites, and grow their collections purposefully.

  • Lead product design projects and multiple launches.
  • Provide strategic design leadership for a cohesive user experience vision.
  • Create design concepts and prototypes for premium collector experiences.
  • Mentor and coach less-experienced designers.
  • Use data to inform design decisions.
  • Strengthen cross-collaborative relationships.
  • Facilitate workshops to generate ideas.
  • Take full ownership of your work.
  • Share information across teams and articulate work to non-technical stakeholders.

Who you Are:

We welcome you to apply regardless of “checking all the boxes” below, and are excited to hear what you can bring to the team.

  • Authorised to live and work in the UK. This role will be based in London.
  • 5+ years of product design experience in agile cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and UX.
  • Proficient in prototyping and familiar with the latest design tools.
  • Experience with large-scale, complex systems.
  • Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual design.
  • Experience in content strategy and creating user-centric content.
  • Conducted user research and synthesised findings into insights.
  • Strong user empathy and able to advocate for user needs.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to reimagine the art industry while working with a talented, diverse, international team.
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Flexible time off: our culture of trust and empowerment allows employees to take the time they need away from work while still excelling in their roles
