Design System Team Opportunity

​

Join the Design System team within BILL and make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company. Our team sits in the Product & Design org, on the Platform Team. Our direct users are the internal designers and engineers building BILL’s digital experiences.

​

Responsibilities:

• Designing stellar components that meet the needs of multiple teams.
• Running or participating in our design system team’s rituals (like office hours) that support BILL’s design and development teams.
• Participate and/or lead co-creation design jams with designers from across BILL.
• Join strategy sessions with our direct design system team and other leaders.

​

Qualifications:

• Experience in software design with larger scale organizations.
• Stay updated with design system tools and technologies.
• Strong EQ to understand the needs of other designers.

​

Nice-to-Have:

• Visual design background.
• Experience in the financial industry.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for the Design Systems role in Draper, UT is $112,500 - $135,200 USD. In addition, the role is eligible for participation in BILL’s bonus and equity plan.
