Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, functional, and visually appealing UX solutions for SDKs, dashboards, and demo apps
• Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions that meet business goals
• Develop prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products
• Facilitate design workshops and presentations to communicate design ideas and gather feedback
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions into your designs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs
• Proficient in Figma for creating polished, high-quality designs, while also being willing to create scrappy concepts to validate ideas quickly
• Passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs that solve real-world problems
• Experience working in a product-centric scale-up environment
• Experience working in a global environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to balance user needs with business goals, delivering designs that are both effective and innovative
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in the identity industry
• Experience working with Origami
• Animation skills in Adobe After Effects

Additional Information

This is a full-time contractor role (40 hours per week) for a one-year period. You'll work with us on a range of identity challenges, helping to build exceptional digital products. You'll also have the opportunity to visit our office in central Zagreb and collaborate closely with our award-winning design team.
