Senior Product Designer (UX/UI Focus)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) for our product team with immediate effect.
Your mission
- Execute end-to-end on high value initiatives with high level of ownership and influence
- Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Contribute do the Design System and advocate it’s use across the organisation
- Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
- Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience
- Collaborative and open minded
- Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts
- Demonstrated interest in low-code/no-code platforms
- Proactive, hands-on, self starter and perseverant
- Strong communication in spoken and written English, German is a plus
