Senior Product Designer Job Opening

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) to join our product team with immediate effect.

​

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end on high value initiatives with high level of ownership and influence
• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Contribute to the Design System and advocate its use across the organization
• Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences, using findings to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
• Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs

Requirements

• 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience
• Collaborative and open minded
• Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts
• Demonstrated interest in low-code/no-code platforms
• Proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant
• Strong communication in spoken and written English, German is a plus
