Senior Product Designer Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team building Webflow’s optimization product suite. This designer will craft user workflows that include A/B testing, personalized sites targeting particular audiences, and AI optimizations that automate it all. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive discovery, research, and ideation, as well as partner closely with engineering and product management to plan and execute on exciting new product experiences in Webflow.

Role Details

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • United States:
  • Zone A: [$158,000 - $218,000]
  • Zone B: [$149,000 - $205,000]
  • Zone C: [$139,000 - $192,000]

  • Canada:
  • Zone: [$180,000- $248,000]

This role will be reporting to the Director of Product Design.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you will: 

  • Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
  • Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
  • Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

Requirements

You’ll thrive here if you: 

  • Have experience driving execution for complex enterprise products, with preference for experience in designing any of the following: marketing software, designer/developer tooling, or analytics products.
  • Are a strong systems thinker
  • Champion customer insights in your process
  • Demonstrate a history of shipping features with a high bar for craft
  • Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
  • Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross functional partners
  • Proactively seek out and consider feedback gracefully in order to continuously integrate, improve, and iterate your work and skills
  • Have a bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company.
