Senior UI/UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting exceptional user experiences and visually appealing designs for our digital products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex ideas into seamless, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from research and concept development to final implementation. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions based on user needs and feedback.
• Visual Design Excellence: Ensure that all designs are aesthetically compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and maintain a high standard of visual quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align on project goals and ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
• Iteration and Feedback: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving project requirements.
• Design System Contribution: Help maintain and expand the design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Qualifications

​

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of UX and visual design work.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Figma; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
• Visual Design Skills: Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to create polished and engaging UI.
• UX Skills: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping. Able to translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges with creativity and empathy for users.

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Experience with design systems and creating design libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Background in conducting usability tests and user interviews.

Fully Remote position, Must work USA Hours (EST-PST)
