Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall planning, creative scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and directing of brand and product videos, ensuring the precise conveyance of creative concepts.

2. Collaborate closely with production houses, supervising and managing the entire production process, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.

3. Lead the production of live-action TVCs and CG rendered films, ensuring high-quality visual effects and creative expression.

4. Communicate effectively with both internal and external partners, guiding and training junior and mid-level video creatives to enhance the team's overall creative and execution capabilities.

5. Develop and execute video content strategies for different types of advertisements and distribution channels, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

6. Establish and optimize video production processes and standards, ensuring efficient demand management and content acceptance criteria.

7. Participate in market research and user needs analysis, developing forward-looking creative video strategies.

8. Respond quickly to project demands, delivering high-quality video content within tight deadlines.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, driving innovation and improvement in the team's production quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English as a working language, with a bachelor's degree or higher. International experience or a background in cross-cultural communication is preferred.

2. Educational background in design, arts, or related fields, with proficiency in AE, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci, and other video and graphic design software.

3. At least 7 years of experience in video production within the fashion retail, technology, electronic cigarette, consumer electronics (3C), or FMCG industries.

4. Extensive experience in live-action TVC production and participation in CG rendered film production, with the ability to manage the entire process from planning to execution.

5. Strong skills in video planning and creative ideation, capable of independently planning and packaging video content based on market and marketing needs.

6. Independent directing skills with excellent aesthetics, creativity, and execution abilities, capable of efficiently managing the video production process.

7. Experience in liaising with factories and production teams, able to respond quickly to demands and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

8. Excellent communication and comprehension skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.

9. Ability to identify user needs, drive projects, with clear expression and logical thinking, and a willingness to experiment and innovate.

10. Highly responsible, with strong process management awareness and team collaboration spirit.
