Senior Visualizer/Art Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualizer/Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative vision, exceptional design skills, and a passion for delivering innovative visual solutions for events. This role demands a professional with proven expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and executing top-tier event-related communications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in visual design within event management, marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant applications.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Conceptualization

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a variety of event-related materials.
• Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and brand alignment.

Design Development

• Design a wide range of event communication materials, including but not limited to:
• Event logos, collaterals, stage designs, exhibition displays, layouts, and thematic setups.
• Ensure deliverables are visually compelling, technically sound, and client-ready.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the client servicing team to understand project requirements and deliver on client expectations.
• Provide creative guidance and direction during brainstorming sessions and client presentations.

Time Management

• Effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines under pressure.

Technical Knowledge

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in event design and production.
• Apply knowledge of emerging tools, techniques, and materials to enhance design output.
