Responsibilities and Requirements

​

This is NOT a position for developers or template-only designers. Creative, from-scratch design expertise is required.

​

WORK SCHEDULE

• Employees must be available to work Monday-Thurs 8am-5pm Eastern Time and Friday 8am-1pm Eastern Time.

​

Qualifications:

• 7+ Years of Active Web and/or Graphic Design Experience
• Prior Agency Experience
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Programs
• Portfolio consisting of real-life projects
• Strong strategic thinking in UX/UI design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders

Bonus Experience:

• Print design knowledge
• Basic familiarity with content marketing, SEO, and video editing

​

Required Qualities:

• Problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date on the Latest Design Trends
• Detail-oriented and efficient at proofing your own work
• Self-reliable and always striving to improve

​
