The Opportunity:

As our Social Media Desginer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality, engaging designs for social media. Think static posts, Instagram Stories, Reels, and swipe-worthy carousels that grab attention and drive engagement. Speed and creativity are your superpowers, helping businesses shine in the digital world.

Your Responsibilities:

• Designing social media content that’s eye-catching, on-brand, and impactful.
• Brainstorming fresh ideas to keep content trendy and relevant.
• Collaborating closely with the team and clients to bring their vision to life.
• Staying on top of design trends to ensure Mar-e designs are always ahead of the curve.
• Managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• +2 years of experience in graphic design (bonus points if it's in social media).
• A standout portfolio showcasing your best social media designs (static posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, you name it).
• Skill in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, (Simple Animation, Motions skill is A Plus).
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• A startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow.
• Team player vibes with excellent communication skills.
