Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to design tailored logistics solutions that meet each client's unique requirements.
• Lead the client onboarding process, providing guidance and hands-on support to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to launch.
• Deliver training sessions and initial support to equip clients with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively integrate with Dash's systems.
• Gather client feedback during onboarding to continually improve solution quality and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in logistics, solution design, or implementation, preferably within the digital on-demand or tech-driven logistics sectors.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver tailored solutions on schedule.
• Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and provide clear guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics are a plus.
