Responsibilities of the Senior Product Designer
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
- Bring strong interaction design skills and own the design experience and carry it thru from concept to execution
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to foster great ideas, drive consistency, maintain high standards for visual look and feel and leverage user research and analytics to drive decisions
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes using agile methodologies
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements
- Help recruit, retain, and develop design talent at all levels
Requirements
Your Toolkit:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of User Experience Product Design
- Ability to take customer needs from initial concept(s) through iterations and into final execution

Compensation
- $152,000 - $175,000 USD
