As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll join a tight-knit, collaborative team of designers who care deeply about creating beautiful and intuitive experiences. Our team is at the center of representing and solving impactful problems for our customers, designing experiences for the thousands of independent retailers and maker brands growing their businesses in our marketplace.
In this role, you’ll:
- Help shape Faire’s product
- Work with team members across research, engineering, product, data, and analytics
- Embed in the Faire Direct Pod within the Retailer Growth Pillar
- Drive the strategic and experience evolution of our referral program

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience designing digital products and systems
- Your previous work demonstrates an attention to detail and high-quality visual, UX, systems design, and content design
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with partners across product, engineering, and data
- Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Develop and deliver high-fidelity visuals
- Write UX content
- Design user-centric, engaging content
- Participate in user interviews and research
- Drive strategic thinking into product features
- Mentor and guide team members
- Contribute to shaping the design team’s culture
Salary Range
- California / New York: $195,500 - $269,000 per year
- Eligible for equity and benefits
