Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience: 

Ensure that every design project is visually stunning and exceeds client expectations, leaving a positive lasting impression.

Customer Growth:

Identify opportunities to enhance design outcomes, encouraging clients to stick with us longer and upgrade their services.

Quality Assurance: 

Oversee and refine the QA process for all design projects, ensuring that every deliverable aligns with client goals and internal standards.

Team Leadership: 

Lead and mentor the design team on QA best practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.

Design Review: 

Perform detailed design reviews, checking for issues in aesthetics, usability, and functionality. Work closely with the team to make corrections.

Collaboration: 

Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure smooth workflows, adherence to deadlines, and successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Design Expertise: A strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Proficiency in UI/UX principles and familiarity with Figma. Ability to spot and address usability issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Prior experience in design QA processes. Ability to ensure consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and an exceptional standard of quality across deliverables.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail when reviewing designs, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give clear feedback and guide the team towards improvements.
