Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to gain a better understanding of our users.
- Turn findings into insights to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
- Adhere to design guidelines and best practices for accessibility and inclusivity.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user data to improve the overall user experience.

Must-Haves
- 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
- Experience in designing for both mobile apps and web platforms.
- Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools to work efficiently in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
