Location: Remote, from anywhere in India. Fly into Mumbai for once-a-month (or more frequently) in-person meetings

You will bring a strong understanding of both UI and UX principles, and elevate our digital products, effectively driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to gain a better understanding of our users.
  • Turn findings into insights to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
  • Adhere to design guidelines and best practices for accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and user data to improve the overall user experience.

Must-Haves

  • 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role.
  • Experience in designing for both mobile apps and web platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools to work efficiently in a distributed team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Global exposure, bringing a broad perspective to design challenges.
  • A deep passion for design with a strong command of visual design principles, including composition, layout, information hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
