Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user interface and experience of our platform. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure that all aspects of the user journey are optimized for efficiency, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed wireframes that outline the structure and flow of various features and pages.
- Create intuitive, user-centric designs for the control panel to ensure a seamless navigation experience.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design and update screens, buttons, dropdown lists, and other UI components to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Design and refine key features such as authentication processes, account management screens, and streaming options.
- Create design solutions for new features, ensuring consistency with the existing design language and branding.
- Review Hotjar data to find ways to continuously improve the user experience and interface.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continually improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA teams to implement and iterate on design solutions, ensuring they meet technical requirements and user needs.
- Provide design support during the development process to ensure that the final product aligns with the design vision.
- Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
- Create user guides and instructional materials to support the onboarding and training of users.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Axure RP.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with Hotjar, Google Analytics or willingness to learn.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive design documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. And collaborate with the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience in the gaming or streaming industry.
