UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers with various UI/UX design tasks, including:
• User research (conducting interviews, surveys, analyzing data) (if applicable)
• User persona creation
• Wireframing and prototyping (creating low and high-fidelity prototypes)
• UI design (designing user interfaces that are both visually appealing and user-friendly)
• Usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback
• Contributing to maintaining a user-centered design approach throughout the design process
• Staying up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred) OR 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (or a similar role)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and understanding of user experience principles (essential)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (essential)
• Familiarity with user research methodologies (a plus)
• Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn and grow as a UI/UX designer
