We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a focus on websites to join our team and contribute to our mission of designing user-centric, visually stunning, and highly functional websites.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer - Websites, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development, marketing, and creative teams to ensure that the websites you design are not only visually compelling but also optimized for user experience and engagement. Your role will involve wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs that effectively balance form and function.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design:
• Conduct user research, create personas, and define user flows to ensure that designs are user-centric.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into intuitive and effective user experiences.

• User Interface Design:
• Design visually compelling website interfaces that reflect our clients' brand identity and resonate with their target audience.
• Ensure that all designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and maintains design integrity across all platforms.

• Collaboration and Strategy:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing strategists, to ensure a cohesive approach to website design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve your design process and deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for web design projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your website design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate into functional websites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
• Knowledge of web design best practices, including SEO, CRO and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
