Responsibilities
- Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all our digital products.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, continuously iterating based on feedback.
- Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate smooth development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for complex digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, with experience in guiding projects from conception to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma: design systems, components, variables, prototypes.
- Ability to analyze user data, conduct usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Data or Analytical Products or Products Focused on Engineers. Familiarity with designing platforms that handle large amounts of data, complex data visualizations, and developer or engineering tools or services.
