What We're Looking For
We're seeking a UX Design Manager who is a player/coach, balancing hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities and collaboration with the UX leadership team. Your key outcomes will include:
• Build a robust Design System
Develop a comprehensive design platform ensuring consistency, quality, and accessibility.
• Develop a vision and strategy
Craft and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for OVO’s design system.
• Evolve and scale design language
Deliver a modern user experience that aligns with OVO’s brand identity.
• Raise the bar
Elevate our brand through exceptional visual and interaction design.
• Accessibility
Make our digital products more accessible for users.
• Consolidate Product & UX architecture
Define a coherent product architecture across platforms.
• Collaborate across teams
Work closely with Brand, Product, and Engineering teams for integrated design solutions.
• Drive adoption
Scale the adoption of the design system through documentation and contribution models.
• Lead and nurture a team
Build and sustain a highly engaged team of designers.
• Mentor and coach others
Help designers improve their skills and use of the design system.
• Proactive Leadership
Lead the UX leadership team to build an inclusive creative culture.
