OXTech UX Designer Position

OXTech is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and shape the future of our CRM Web application. As a UX Designer, you'll be at the forefront of designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your role will be integral in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences, making your contribution invaluable.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in Web;
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best work in interface and user experience design;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma;
• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
• Ability to translate complex features into simple, intuitive designs;
• Advanced level of English proficiency, with excellent communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance user interfaces for our CRM Web application.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in the visual design and user experience across the application.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
