Job Opening: Motion Designer/Video Marketing Artist

We are looking for a talented motion designer/video marketing artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our growing marketing team to take over the world with high-performance ads! You are ready to push your art to the limits and put it to the test with insights and analytics to understand how to elevate the ads to infinity and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D video ads for all our mobile networks, from conception to execution through editing, animation, and motion graphics
• Produce static marketing assets such as icons and banners
• Work with the marketing team to benchmark competitors' creatives and differentiate our own
• Drive innovation in the creative concepts and formats
• Have an analytical mindset to understand and improve performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile games and advertising as well as social media platforms

Requirements

Skills

• Good design and illustration skills
• Strong foundation in animation basics
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Fast learner and able to adapt and multitask
• Team Player and open to give and receive constructive feedback
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Unity and 3D softwares
• Knowledge of 3D game framework (Unity, Unreal, three.js)
• Interest or past experience in mobile gaming
• Hustle mindset to work in a startup
• Fluent in Chinese
