We are looking for a passionate Lead Web Designer to join our amazingly talented Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs for our range of digital products. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for design aesthetics, a solid understanding of user experience principles, and proficiency in design tools and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and marketing teams
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts
- Develop and maintain consistent product branding
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Work closely with developers
- Stay updated with the latest design trends
- Conduct usability testing
- Ensure designs are optimized for various devices
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites
- Provide design support and guidance to team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in web design
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
