About the role:
Are you a designer with Webflow chops? Or a Webflow expert with design skills?
Adelaide, a leader in the rapidly growing field of evidence-based media quality measurement, is looking for an Art Director/Creative Technologist to join our Marketing team.
As an Art Director/Creative Technologist, you bring extensive multi-channel experience across print, digital, and web, and a talent for crafting engaging content that effectively communicates brand value. A positive attitude, project ownership, knack for creative problem-solving, and passion for learning are essential qualities for success in this role.
We’re remote-friendly, but you should expect to be in NYC a few times a year for team engagements. If you’re local, we also have a spacious Manhattan office available for you to work from whenever you’d like.
Note: An online portfolio of work is required.
What you will do:
- Support the design and maintenance of our Webflow marketing site—including custom code and Hubspot integrations
- Own the design and build of digital assets, including campaign creative, marketing emails, and social media posts
- Create digital and print collateral, including decks, case studies, one-sheets, and longer-form content
- Design promotional materials for events, swag, and client gifts that break out of the “corporate” mold
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across channels
- Collaborate on design and messaging with the Creative Director, Head of Marketing, and CEO
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 1+ years in an art director, creative technologist, or leadership position
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill in web development, design, and conceptual thinking.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator + AfterEffects + Premiere) in a Mac-based environment
- Expertise with digital marketing and graphic design best practices across branding, typography, and layout design for print, digital, and other media platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a working knowledge of JavaScript
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Apple iWork (Powerpoint, Keynote, Pages, Excel), Google Apps (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Extensive experience presenting complex data through clear and concise data visualizations
- A deep understanding of digital and social platforms for marketing
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What will set you apart:
- Experience in motion graphics, video production
- 3D rendering
- Experience with Webflow and Finsweet’s “Client-First” methodology
- Familiarity with digital advertising, media, and adtech
- Proficiency with generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and ComfyUI
