We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals and user needs. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows. Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of the user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and proactively apply them to projects. Collaborate with the design team to maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Proven experience (1-3 years) in UX/UI design, preferably within a professional setting or through relevant internships. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience designing for multiple devices and platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet). Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation. Strong visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous design work that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
