Description

Are you a Product Designer who has a lot of empathy for customers, taking into account their needs and what they want from a product? If yes, we have a great opportunity for you at AirHelp! Your work will focus mainly on designing our new User Dashboard, with the goal of helping users navigate our products with ease and to find new opportunities for customers to use our products more often.

But that's not everything — we want our users to have a better experience during the process by giving our funnels and pages some design love. You will use your expertise in quantitative and qualitative research to make sure that we’re achieving the right goals.

For us, it’s not important how many years of experience you have — what’s important are your skills and how you apply it through your work. So feel free to apply — it doesn’t matter whether you’ve just finished your first big project or you’re a design veteran with many projects under their belt.

What you’ll do

  • User Research: Collaborating with Research Team to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Design Strategy: Helping to define the overall design strategy and vision for the product.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • UI/UX Design: Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • User Testing: Conducting usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Design Systems: Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Leadership: Mentoring junior designers, providing feedback, and advocating for design best practices within the organization.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • UI/UX Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Visual Design: Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design problems and translate user needs into elegant solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design choices and ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated skills and experience guiding design projects or teams.

Perks and benefits:

  • Internal training programs and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Personalized progression plan.
  • Access to mindfulness and wellbeing platform (Mindgram).
  • Language classes.
  • Flexible benefits: gym membership, personal education, childcare, public transportation or leisure travel subsidy.
  • Lunch subsidy.
  • MacBook Air.
  • Unlimited, free use of AirHelp's services.
  • Work from anywhere for 4 weeks a year.
  • Annual travel allowance.
  • Team days.
  • Events and parties.
